Iver Johnson Arms HAWK45P Hawk Commander 45 ACP 4.25" 8+1 Semi-Auto Pistol

The Iver Johnson Arms Hawk Commander is a classic 1911-style semi-automatic pistol built around a Series 70 design, meaning it ships without a firing pin block for a clean, traditional trigger pull. Chambered in .45 ACP, this Commander-size pistol pairs a 4.25-inch ported barrel with an 8+1 round capacity, giving shooters a capable defensive and range platform in a compact, carry-friendly package.

The slide and frame are both machined from steel and finished in a non-reflective matte black. The slide features serrrations for easy manipulation, along with a ported barrel and ported slide to help reduce muzzle rise for faster, more controlled follow-up shots. The steel frame is fitted with a beavertail grip safety for a high, comfortable hold, and the traditional slide stop / thumb safety controls round out the classic 1911 manual of arms.

The shooter's hand goes to a pair of checkered double-diamond walnut grips that deliver a secure, time-tested grip surface, while a flat, serrated steel mainspring housing rounds out the rear of the frame for a clean, duty-grade look. Right-hand configuration.
