The Howard Leight Leightning Ultra-Slim Passive Muff is a compact, ultralight over-the-head earmuff built for daily use at the range or in noisy work environments. This pure passive muff delivers a 23 dB NRR (Noise Reduction Rating) with no electronics, no AFT circuit, and no compression circuit, so it is always ready to go right out of the package.

Designed around an ultraslim earcup that won't interfere with shouldering a rifle or shotgun, the Leightning features a padded foam headband and super soft foam ear cushions for all-day comfort without the usual squeezing sensation. The ultralight compact folding design lets the muff pack flat into a range bag for easy storage, with package dimensions of approximately 8.5" long by 4.4" high.
