The Hornady XTP muzzleloader projectile is a .50 caliber sabot built around Hornady's proven .44 caliber 240 grain XTP Hollow Point bullet seated in a Low Drag Sabot. Engineered for both traditional and modern muzzleloading rifles, this configuration delivers deep penetration and controlled expansion on medium game out past 200 yards.

Each sabot is designed to deliver 1\" groups at 100 yards, and the XTP jacket expands reliably for devastating terminal performance. The sabots require no additional lube, and are manufactured in the USA.
