The Hornady Sub-X is a subsonic expanding rifle bullet designed for hunters and handloaders who need reliable terminal performance below the speed of sound. At the heart of the Sub-X is Hornady's patented Flex Tip polymer tip, which initiates reliable expansion at velocities as low as 900 fps.
