The CX projectile is a one-piece copper-alloy design that will not separate on impact, giving uniform, controlled expansion, deep penetration, and over 95% weight retention. Hornady loads the Outfitter in corrosion-resistant nickel-plated brass cases for reliable feeding and extraction in the field.
