The Hornady Lock-N-Load Auto Press is a five-station progressive reloading press built around Hornady's quick-change Lock-N-Load bushing system, engineered to push loaded cartridges out at production speed without slowing down to swap dies or switch calibers.

A single pull of the handle indexes through all five stations and automatically ejects the finished round at station five. The press is rated at up to 500 rounds per hour, keeping pace with high-volume pistol and rifle reloaders. Standard 7/8x14 threads accept virtually any reloading die on the market, and the quick-change bushing system lets the operator change over from .223 Remington up to .45 ACP and back in under five minutes, no tools or adapter plates required.

Construction is built for the workload. Linkage components are steel, the frame and uprights are metal, and the press sits planted on the bench under the pressure of large magnum rifle cases.
