Hornady InterLock .308 30 Cal 180 gr Boat Tail Spire Point Reloading Bullets - 100/Box

The Hornady InterLock line has been a workhorse for handloaders for decades, and these .308 / 30 Cal 180 grain Boat Tail Spire Point projectiles carry that tradition forward. Each bullet pairs a lead core with a copper jacket, and Hornady's signature raised InterLock ring is embedded in the core to mechanically lock the jacket and core together during expansion, helping the bullet retain mass and energy on impact.

Intended for rifle applications and well suited to big game hunting, this 180 grain BTSP posts a G1 ballistic coefficient of .452 and a sectional density of .271. The boat tail base reduces drag for flatter trajectories and better retained energy downrange, while the spire point profile drives controlled, consistent expansion on impact. A cannelure on the shank gives a precise crimping reference and further supports core/jacket retention through expansion.

Bullets are packaged 100 per box, with 15 boxes per case (1,500 bullets per case). These are reloading components only - unprimed, uncharged projectiles intended to be handloaded by the reloader using properly matched brass, primers, powder charges, and overall cartridge length.
