Hornady CX 7mm .284 139gr Copper Solid Reloading Bullets - 50/Box

The Hornady CX (Copper Solid) is a monolithic copper alloy bullet purpose-built for hunters who demand deep penetration and near-complete weight retention on tough, heavy-bodied game. Machined from a single piece of copper alloy that will not separate, jacket-core, or fragment on impact, the CX delivers devastating terminal performance with up to 95% weight retention, driving straight through shoulder bone and heavy muscle to reach vitals on medium-to-large game.

This 7mm (.284) bullet weighs 139 gr and pairs a G1 ballistic coefficient of .429 with a sectional density of .246 for flat-shooting downrange performance and reliable, straight-line penetration. The Copper Solid is an excellent choice for elk, black bear, moose, and similar heavy game where conventional lead-core bullets can break up or fail to penetrate adequately. Because the CX is constructed entirely from a lead-free copper alloy, it is suitable for use in jurisdictions restricting the use of lead projectiles.

These are new-production reloading components intended for handloaders building hunting ammunition in 7mm cartridges. Each box contains 50 bullets, with 25 boxes per case. Bullets only - no brass, primers, or loaded ammunition are included.
