The Hornady Custom Grade Series I 2-Die Set is a precision full-length reloading die set purpose-built for the .308 Winchester cartridge. Part of Hornady's New Dimension die line, this set is engineered to deliver consistent, accurate handloads round after round for hunting, target, and precision rifle applications.

This two-die set includes a full-length sizing die and a bullet seater die. The sizing die resizes fired brass back to SAAMI specification, while the bullet seater is built around Hornady's signature Zip Spindle design - a series of light threads cut on the spindle and collet that let the reloader dial in seating depth in precise .001" increments without backing the adjustment all the way out and re-zeroing.

A seater adjustment screw and compression lock o-ring work together to lock in fine settings so they hold through the reloading cycle. Both dies are machined to tight tolerances and built to provide a lifetime of reliable service at the reloading bench, and the set is fully compatible with standard 308 Win / 7.62 NATO brass.
