The Hornady Canister Dehumidifier is a rechargeable desiccant canister designed to control moisture inside gun safes, closets, tool chests, and other enclosed storage spaces. Filled with 750 grams of color-changing desiccant crystals, the unit absorbs ambient humidity and protects firearms, optics, documents, and other valuables from rust, corrosion, and mildew in volumes up to 50 cubic feet.

When the crystals become saturated and change color, the canister can be recharged an unlimited number of times by placing it in a standard 300 degree F oven for up to four hours until the crystals return to their dry color. No batteries, electricity, or replacement cartridges are required, making the Hornady 95902 a long-term, low-maintenance humidity control solution.

The compact black canister measures 4" tall by 5.3" wide by 4.8" deep, fitting easily on most safe shelves and storage areas, and is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
