The Hornady Cam-Lock Trimmer Pilot #9 is a precision replacement pilot sized at .308" for use with the Hornady Cam-Lock case trimmer. This pilot inserts into the case mouth of 30 caliber cartridges and guides the cutter for clean, uniform trimming to a consistent overall case length. Pilot #9 covers the popular 300 Blackout / 300 AAC Blackout chambering, along with other .30 caliber bottleneck and straight-walled cases such as 30 M1 Carbine and 30 Remington.

Manufactured from steel and finished in silver, the #9 pilot is built for repeated use on the reloading bench. It is interchangeable with other Hornady Cam-Lock trimmer pilots, allowing reloaders to swap a single pilot in and out to trim different calibers.
