The Hornady ELD Match .22 caliber reloading bullet is a technologically advanced, high-performance 75 grain projectile engineered specifically for enhanced accuracy target shooting. The ELD Match (Extremely Low Drag-Match) design pairs Hornady's Heat Shield tip with the ideal MEPLAT (tip point), an optimum secant ogive, and a boattail base to deliver a class-leading coefficient of .467, along with superior accuracy and extreme consistency from bullet to bullet and lot to lot.

Conventional polymer tips in high-BC bullets can deform from aerodynamic heating in flight. The Heat Shield tip is engineered to be immune to those effects, retaining its shape to provide a perfect, identical meplat every time. The result is repeatable performance that precision shooters and competitive target reloaders count on, round after round.

Constructed around a lead core wrapped in Hornady's AMP copper jacket with a non-cannelured profile, the .224" diameter ELD Match projectile offers a sectional density of .214 and is recommended for barrels with a 1:8" twist rate. Each box contains 100 projectiles, sold 25 boxes per case.
