The Hoppes SGU is a 3-piece aluminum shotgun cleaning rod built to service every standard shotgun gauge from .410 Bore through 12 Gauge. The lightweight yet rigid aluminum rod assembles to a full 33" working length and breaks down for compact storage in your range bag or gun case.

A ball-bearing swivel handle rotates freely to follow the bore, keeping the rod centered in the barrel and reducing wear on both the rod and the bore during cleaning. The integrated T-handle gives you a secure, comfortable grip, while the standard 8/32 thread accepts common Hoppes and industry-standard shotgun brushes, jags, and slotted tips.

This cleaning rod includes two slotted tips so you can run patches through any gauge from .410 up to 12 Gauge right out of the box. Pair it with Hoppes No. 9 Gun Bore Cleaner and a phosphor bronze brush for a complete shotgun maintenance routine.
