The Hogue Deka is a compact, American-made manual folding everyday-carry knife designed by knifemaker Allen Elishewitz. It carries a 3.25" modified Wharncliffe blade ground from premium CPM 20CV stainless steel with a stone-tumbled finish and a plain edge for clean, controlled slicing. The Wharncliffe profile delivers a straight cutting edge that excels at push cuts, detail work, and everyday utility.
The Deka handle is built around Hogue's textured G-Mascus Blue G10 scales, giving the folder a distinctive marbled blue pattern, lightweight carry, and a secure grip. The knife uses Hogue's ambidextrous ABLE Lock (an AXIS-style crossbar lock) for smooth, reliable one-handed operation. The blade is hardened to 59-61 HRC with a stock thickness of 0.094".
Closed, the folder measures 4.25" and weighs just 2.30 oz, with an overall length of 7.50" when deployed. Whether you are looking for a slim, locking folder for pocket carry or a compact backup for outdoor use, the Hogue Deka brings premium steel, an Elishewitz design pedigree, and Hogue's American manufacturing together in a sub-3-ounce package.
