The Hogue A01-Microswitch is a purpose-built automatic folding knife developed in collaboration with knifemaker Allen Elishewitz. It pairs a compact 2.75" drop point blade ground from 154CM stainless steel with a low-glare black Cerakote finish, giving the folder a hard-wearing, corrosion-resistant edge suited to daily utility, tactical, and outdoor cutting chores.

Deployment is handled by Hogue's signature button-activated Microswitch release, which drives the blade open with snappy, positive action and locks up solidly. The handle is precision-machined from matte black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum, providing a slim, rigid chassis that keeps the whole package down to just 2.9 oz. A pocket clip and overall balanced geometry make it a comfortable everyday-carry folder.

The A01-Microswitch measures 6.6" overall with a 3.85" closed length and uses a plain edge drop point profile with a hollow grind. Its combination of an American-made automatic platform, premium 154CM blade steel, Cerakote coating, and lightweight aluminum handle makes this a versatile EDC auto folder built for years of hard use.
