Precision molded to the contours of the Mark IV 22/45 frame, this replacement grip features Hogue's signature Cobblestone textured surface and proportioned finger grooves for a positive, ergonomic hold.

The OverMolded construction uses a rigid thermoplastic sub-frame overmolded with a soft, recoil-absorbing rubber outer layer. This durable combination dampens felt recoil, fills the palm comfortably, and gives the shooter a secure, slip-resistant grip in any weather condition. The grip is engineered specifically for the Ruger Mark IV 22/45 pistol frame and is not compatible with the Mark IV Standard or Target models.
