Hogue 74004 OverMolded Rubber Forend Black for Standard AK-47/AK-74

The Hogue 74004 OverMolded Rubber Forend is a replacement handguard built by Hogue for standard Chinese and Russian AK-47 and AK-74 rifles. It provides an upgraded gripping surface for the front of the rifle while fitting the common stamped-receiver AK handguard profile used on these platforms.

Constructed from rubber with a black finish, this forend features Hogue's signature OverMolded rubber gripping area for a tactile, slip-resistant hold. The all-rubber construction offers a softer, more secure gripping surface compared to worn factory wood or plastic handguards, and it installs as a direct replacement for the factory standard handguard on compatible AK variants. The forend is sold as the handguard component only.
