The Hogue 18493 OverMolded Rubber Grip Extension Base Pad is a drop-in accessory engineered specifically for the Smith & Wesson M&P Bodyguard 2.0 chambered in .380 ACP when equipped with 12-round magazines. Molded from Hogue's signature OverMolded rubber, this base pad adds approximately 3/4" of additional gripping surface, giving the shooter a more positive, full-hand hold on the pistol for improved control during recoil management and rapid follow-up shots.

Designed as a precision-fit base pad, the 18493 attaches to the bottom of the existing Bodyguard 2.0 12-round magazine and extends the grip profile while the textured Flat Dark Earth (FDE) rubber surface provides a tactile, non-slip texture that performs in adverse conditions, wet or dry, and dampens felt recoil at the hand. This extension is purpose-built for the Bodyguard 2.0 in .380 ACP only and is not compatible with the original Bodyguard .380 or other pistol platforms.
