HKS 940 Double Stack Magazine Loader .40 S&W Black

The HKS 940 is a compact magazine speedloader purpose-built for .40 S&W double-stack pistol magazines. Molded from durable black polymer, it removes the thumb pain from loading magazines at the bench or during a long range session, and it is light and small enough to live in a range bag or shooting kit pocket.

The loader accepts factory double-stack .40 S&W magazines from Browning, Smith & Wesson, Sig, and Taurus. The magazine slips into the loader body and is held in place by hand pressure, letting the shooter seat rounds quickly one after another. The simple, ambidextrous design works equally well right- or left-handed, and no disassembly is needed between loads.

This is the HKS model 940 in the original black plastic finish. Note: the 940 is calibrated for traditional .40 S&W double-stack magazine profiles and is not intended for use with Smith & Wesson M&P .40 magazines.
