The HK VP9A1 K w/Optic is a compact striker-fired pistol from Heckler & Koch chambered in 9mm Luger. Designed around a shortened polymer frame, the "K" (Kurz) configuration offers everyday-carry practicality while keeping the refined ergonomics and improved trigger of the full-size VP9 series.

A 4.09" barrel is mated to a black steel slide with rear cocking serrations and a factory-milled optics cut. This VP9A1 K ships with a Vortex Defender CCW red-dot optic installed for a ready-to-carry aiming system. Standard night sights provide a reliable backup aiming option when the optic is removed or run on its own.

The black polymer frame features an integrated Picatinny accessory rail for lights and lasers, plus HK's signature user-configurable grip system. The pistol ships with the medium backstrap and medium side panels installed, with additional small and large backstraps and small and large side panels in the box so you can tune the grip fit to your hand.

An ambidextrous magazine release, reversible controls, and the improved A1-series trigger round out the carry-friendly package. With a 15+1 capacity, the VP9A1 K ships with two 15-round magazines for immediate range time or rotation.
