The HK USP V1 is a full-size, hammer-fired .45 ACP semi-automatic pistol manufactured in Germany by Heckler & Koch. Developed as the modern successor to HK's P7 series of handguns, the USP line was engineered around duty-grade reliability, durability, and consistency under hard use.

This Variant 1 (V1) configuration pairs a double-action/single-action trigger with a left-side control lever that functions as both a manual safety and a decocker. The frame is molded from fiber-reinforced black polymer and is stiffened by stainless steel inserts at the high-stress and friction points, giving the locking system a rugged platform while keeping carry weight at 31.45 oz.

A 4.41-inch barrel with polygonal rifling is fitted inside a serrated steel slide for easy press checks and manipulations. The pistol is set up with the classic 3-dot iron-sight pattern and ships with two 10-round magazines for a 10+1 capacity. The polymer grip is shaped for full-hand purchase and integrates with HK's standard USP controls.
