The High Speed Gear TACO Tourniquet Pouch brings the signature expand-and-contract retention of HSGI's TACO family to a critical piece of medical gear, securing most windlass-style tourniquets on the market in a low-profile, quick-access package.

Built from heavy-duty nylon and finished in MultiCam, the 11TQ00MC uses adjustable bungee cord tension to grip the tourniquet body without slowing your draw. A Velcro closure keeps the flap seated during movement, and the included TQ patch provides clear visual identification of the pouch under stress or in low light.

The pouch mounts to any MOLLE-compatible platform, making it a drop-in addition to plate carriers, chest rigs, battle belts, or packs. The single-compartment design holds the tourniquet vertically for right- or left-hand access depending on your mounting configuration.
