The High Speed Gear TACO Single Duty Handcuff Pouch is a compact, duty-rated restraints carrier built around HSGI's patented TACO design. A single pouch sized to hold virtually any standard pair of handcuffs, it also fits hinged models, ASP-style cuffs, and similar restraints, and works equally well for field compasses, tins, or other small field gear.

Retention is handled by HSGI's signature adjustable shock-cord wrapped over the top of the pouch, giving the user a positive pull-tab release and allowing the carrier to conform to whatever it is securing. The body is constructed from proprietary heavy-duty nylon laminate with webbing reinforcement, and the shock-cord and laminate wrap flex around the cuffs for easy insertion while keeping the profile snag-resistant during the draw.

The pouch mounts to either a MOLLE / PALS platform or a duty belt up to 2" wide, giving it a home on a duty rig, a patrol vest, or a plate carrier. Finished in black nylon for a low-visibility carry, this is the platform most agencies reach for when they need one cuff pouch that adapts to different restraint brands without dedicated molding.
