The High Speed Gear Tourniquet TACO applies the same field-tested expand-and-contract retention design that made HSGI's magazine pouches so popular to a dedicated medical carrier. The body is molded from 100% aircraft-grade Kydex with a smooth finish, giving the pouch the rigidity to hold a windlass tourniquet securely on a belt or rig while still allowing a fast, clean one-handed draw.

The Tourniquet TACO is built to retain most windlass tourniquets on the market, including the SAM XT, C-A-T, SOF TT, and SOF TT Wide. The Kydex shell flexes to conform to the tourniquet and releases it smoothly when you need it, whether you're on the range, on duty, or running a blowout kit.

Mounting is handled by the included (2) HSGI Universal Clips, which provide both a 2" belt clip and a MOLLE U-mount setup. That makes the pouch equally at home on a duty belt, a plate carrier, or a pack.
