The Hi-Point 995TSWC is a pistol-caliber carbine chambered in 9mm Luger, built around a semi-automatic action with a 16.5" barrel, a 10+1 detachable magazine capacity, and a right-hand platform purpose-built for personal protection and recreational shooting.

This version of the 995TS wears a Woodland Camo finish across the metalwork and pairs it with an All Weather Skeletonized stock molded from tough polymer. The skeletonized design incorporates an internal recoil buffer, multiple Weaver-style accessory rails along the forend, sling swivel studs, and ships with a sling for ready carry.

The steel receiver houses familiar, no-nonsense controls: a manual thumb safety, a standard trigger, and Hi-Point's proven semi-auto operating system. Iron sights come in the form of an adjustable post front paired with a peep rear, giving the shooter a ready-to-run sighting solution.
