The Hi-Point 4595TSFDE is a semi-automatic carbine chambered in 45 ACP, built around a 17.5" barrel with a 9+1 capacity. This FDE variant pairs a black metal finish on the steel receiver with a flat dark earth all-weather molded polymer stock and matching FDE polymer grip, giving the rifle a clean two-tone look that stands out from the standard black model.

The action runs with a standard trigger and a manual thumb safety, set up for right-handed operation. Sights consist of an adjustable post front and a peep rear, and the carbine weighs in at 7 lbs with an overall length of 32". The polymer stock houses an internal recoil buffer and is topped with multiple Weaver-style accessory rails for mounting optics and accessories, while a last round lock-open function and a grip-mounted clip release round out the operating controls.
