The Hi-Point 4595TSCA is the California-compliant variant of Hi-Point's popular 45 ACP pistol-caliber carbine, built around a proven straight-blowback semi-automatic action with a 17.5" barrel and 9+1 round capacity. This carbine packages the familiar 45 ACP defensive cartridge into a long-barreled rifle platform that softens recoil and delivers a flat trajectory out to practical carbine distances.

The action is fed by a single-stack detachable magazine operated by a thumb magazine release, with a thumb safety for intuitive control. The receiver is machined from stainless steel with a black finish, paired with a black all-weather molded polymer stock that resists the elements and keeps total weight at 7 lbs. The 17.5" barrel is threaded .578x28 to accept standard muzzle accessories, and overall length measures 32".

Sights are configured for fast target acquisition with an adjustable post front paired with a peep rear. Like all Hi-Point 45 ACP carbines, the 4595TSCA is +P rated and accepts all factory ammunition.
