The Hi-Point 3895TSCA is a value-oriented semi-auto carbine chambered in 380 ACP, purpose-built for shooters who want a long-gun platform in this soft-shooting, low-recoil cartridge. Built around a steel receiver with a black/blued metal finish, the 3895TSCA pairs a 16.50" barrel with an overall length of 31", weighing in at 6.25 lbs.

The semi-auto action feeds from a detachable magazine for a 10+1 capacity, giving the 3895TSCA considerably more rounds on tap than a typical .380 ACP pistol. The right-hand stock is Hi-Point's black all-weather skeletonized design with an integrated recoil buffer, paired up front with a black California paddle grip - the feature that brings this model into California compliance under that state's centerfire rifle regulations.

Sights consist of an adjustable post front paired with a peep rear for a fast, traditional sight picture. A manual thumb safety keeps the action locked when needed.
