The Hevishot HEVI-Bismuth Upland is a non-toxic 12 Gauge shotshell purpose-built for upland bird hunting. Bismuth is roughly 22 percent denser than steel, which lets you drop down a shot size for the same lethality - so #5 bismuth delivers payload energy comparable to a larger steel pellet on upland game. Because bismuth is softer than steel, the payload is also safe for older fixed-choke shotguns and classic side-by-side doubles that should not be fed steel.

Each 2.75" shell is loaded with 1-1/4 oz of #5 bismuth shot and is driven at 1400 fps muzzle velocity for clean, consistent patterns at typical upland-bird ranges.
