The Heritage Mfg Rough Rider in the Small Bore series is a single-action revolver chambered for both .22 LR and .22 WMR, shipped with an interchangeable 9-shot cylinder so the shooter can swap between rimfire cartridges on the same platform.

Built around a 6.50" black-finished steel barrel mated to a black-finished cylinder and a lightweight zinc alloy frame in standard size, this Rough Rider tips the scales at 32 oz and stretches to an 11.78" overall length. The frame carries the classic single-action profile with an exposed hammer and an integrated hammer-block / thumb safety for added handling security.

Sighting is handled by an adjustable rear sight paired with an adjustable front blade, letting the convertible .22 LR / .22 WMR chambering shine for plinking, small-game hunting, and casual target work. Cocobolo wood grips round out the package, giving the standard-size frame a warm, traditional look against the otherwise all-black metalwork.

Marketed toward personal protection and sport shooting, the Rough Rider delivers familiar single-action ergonomics in an affordable, low-recoil package.
