Heritage Mfg 92 Ranch Hand 38 Special +P/357 Mag 12" 5+1 Lever Action Rifle

The Heritage Mfg 92 Ranch Hand is a compact, mare's leg-style lever-action carbine chambered in .38 Special +P / .357 Magnum. Built on the proven Heritage 92 lever-action platform, the Ranch Hand pares the classic western carbine down to a short, truck-portable package that's right at home on the range or stashed behind the seat of the truck.

This configuration pairs a 12" black oxide alloy steel barrel with a matching black oxide alloy steel receiver for a clean matte finish that looks right at home next to the brown hardwood fixed stock. The action is a traditional lever with a side loading gate feeding a tubular magazine for a total 5+1 capacity (six rounds). A thumb safety sits within easy reach of the firing hand for quick manipulation.

Sighting is handled by an adjustable drift front and an adjustable buckhorn rear, letting you dial in point of impact for both mild .38 Special and full-power .357 Magnum loads. The 1:3" RH twist stabilizes a wide range of bullet weights. Overall length is 24" and the carbine weighs just 5.05 lbs, keeping the Ranch Hand light and handy in the field, at the bench, or on a reactive target course.
