The Henry H006GMML Mare's Leg is a shortened, pistol-format take on Henry's Big Boy lever action, chambered in .357 Magnum / .38 Special and built around a 12.90" blued octagon barrel mated to a polished hardened brass receiver. Finished in American walnut furniture, this Side Gate variant loads through a right-side loading gate for fast follow-up shots.

Built on Henry's proven Big Boy action, the Mare's Leg cycles with a large loop lever that gives plenty of clearance for gloved hands and rapid cycling. The action uses a transfer bar safety for safe carry-condition handling. Sights consist of a brass bead front and an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear for traditional iron-sight work.

The pistol carries a 5+1 capacity in its tubular magazine and runs an overall length of 25" at a weight of 5.79 lbs.
