The Henry H006GC Big Boy Side Gate pairs Henry's classic lever-action platform with the traditional western .45 Colt (Long Colt) chambering, delivering the clean lines of an old-west rifle backed by Henry's modern manufacturing standards.

Built around a 20" blued steel octagon barrel with a 1:16" twist, the action is a true lever-action that feeds from a 10-round capacity tube magazine. The signature receiver-mounted side loading gate allows the tube to be loaded round-by-round without removing it from the rifle, while a transfer-bar safety keeps the hammer safely off the firing pin until the trigger is pulled. Traditional iron sights include a brass bead front and an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear.

The visual centerpiece is the polished hardened brass receiver, paired with a straight-grip stock and forend in select American walnut trimmed with a polished brass barrel band. At 38.50" overall length and 8.68 lbs, the H006GC balances nicely for both range work and off-hand shooting.
