Henry H001Y22 Classic Youth 22 S/L/LR 16.5" 13/14/18+1 Lever Action Rifle

The Henry H001Y22 Classic Youth is a compact lever-action rimfire rifle scaled down for younger and smaller-framed shooters. Chambered in .22 S/L/LR, it accepts .22 Short, .22 Long, and .22 Long Rifle interchangeably and runs on a smooth, reliable lever mechanism. A 16.5" round blued steel barrel and an overall length of 33.5" give the rifle full-size handling characteristics while the total package stays light at just 4.5 lbs.

The black aluminum grooved receiver houses a tubular magazine with a capacity of 13 rounds of .22 LR, 14 rounds of .22 Long, or 18 rounds of .22 Short, plus one in the chamber (13/14/18+1). Henry's signature 1/4-cock hammer serves as a partial safety between rounds, and the receiver's integral scope grooves accept a scope or red-dot for shooters who want to move beyond open sights.

Iron sights are traditional and easy to use: a hooded blade front for a clean sight picture paired with a classic semi-buckhorn rear. The stock is American walnut in a straight-grip profile with a brown/tan finish, sized to give young and smaller-statured shooters a proper reach to the trigger. The barrel is cut with a 1:16" twist, well-suited to standard-velocity .22 LR ammunition.
