The Guntec USA AR-308 Micro Slip-Over Barrel Shroud is a dual-purpose muzzle device that combines a barrel shroud with a multi-port muzzle brake in one compact, micro-sized unit. Designed and manufactured in the USA from T6 aluminum and finished in anodized black, it slips over the barrel and threads on to deliver recoil compensation and muzzle control for .308 Winchester and 300 AAC Blackout AR-platform rifles.

Measuring just 3" overall with an outside diameter of 1.1875" and a total weight of 3.2 oz, this micro design adds minimal bulk and weight while giving your rifle the look and performance of a full-length compensator. The shroud covers approximately 1.625" of barrel, with the thread engagement beginning about 1.25" down the unit. A knurled base provides a positive grip for installation and removal, and the distinctive multi-port "Gatling" style porting with dual rows of side vents redirects gas to tame recoil and keep the muzzle down for faster, more accurate follow-up shots.
