The Guntec USA AR-308 Gen 2 Multi Port Compensator is a steel, multi-port muzzle brake purpose-built for the .308 Winchester AR platform and also rated for 300 AAC Blackout. Machined from solid steel and finished in a corrosion-resistant black nitride, the Gen 2 design uses a series of side ports to redirect propellant gases upward, countering muzzle climb and absorbing recoil shock so the shooter can hold the sight picture and drive faster follow-up shots.

Guntec's Gen 2 evolution retains the proven solid side-wall pattern of the original while refining port geometry to better balance gas venting with recoil reduction.
