Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO Grip Module Black Polymer w/ 1913 Rail & Backstraps

The Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO Grip Module is a factory replacement grip assembly purpose-built for the P365-XMACRO micro-compact pistol platform. Molded from durable black polymer, it offers a clean factory grip for refreshing a worn carry gun or dialing in the perfect fit for a new build.

This OEM module carries a true 1913 accessory rail at the dustcover, giving you a standard mounting interface for weapon lights, laser units, or other tactical accessories. It is configured for right-hand shooters and accepts the P365-XMACRO serialized fire control unit and slide assembly.

To tailor the grip to your hand, the module ships with three interchangeable backstraps in Small, Medium, and Large sizes. The Medium backstrap comes pre-installed, and swapping between sizes is quick and tool-free for improved recoil management and trigger control.

Designed and quality-controlled by Sig Sauer, this grip module is fully compatible with 9mm Luger and 380 ACP P365-XMACRO pistols.
