The Griffin Armament GATMBS Taper Mount Blast Shield is a concussion-reducing muzzle accessory purpose-built for short-barreled rifles and pistol platforms. Especially effective on short barrels, it redirects concussive blast forward and away from the shooter's face and hands while still allowing the mounted muzzle device to do its job through an internal pocket.

Precision machined from ultra-strong 17-4PH stainless steel and finished in a wear- and corrosion-resistant Black Melonite QPQ, the GATMBS is engineered to hold up to repeated shooting sessions. Its fluted rear geometry provides a positive, ergonomic grip for fast install and removal directly onto any Griffin Armament Taper Mount muzzle device or suppressor.
