Great Lakes Firearms GL15 223 Wylde 16" 30+1 Semi-Auto Rifle - Black

The Great Lakes Firearms GL15 is an AR-15-pattern semi-auto rifle chambered in 223 Wylde. Its chamber is compatible with both 223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition, and the rifle has a 30+1 capacity.

The rifle uses a 16" heavy-profile stainless steel barrel, placing it within the published 16" to 16.99" barrel-length range. The barrel has a 1:8 twist and 1/2x28 muzzle threads, and a muzzle brake is installed. Its direct-gas operating system includes a carbine-length gas tube, a 0.750" black-oxide gas block, and M4 feed ramps.

Billet 7075 aluminum upper and lower receivers wear a black Cerakote finish, contrasting with the stainless steel barrel. The rifle's metal finish group is Blued/Black. The front end is built around a 15.25" 6061 aluminum M-LOK handguard with a full-length Picatinny top rail for mounting compatible sights, optics, and accessories.

This right-handed GL15 features mil-spec controls, a non-ambidextrous safety, and a mil-spec trigger with a published 5.5-6 lb pull weight. Black furniture consists of a mil-spec polymer pistol grip and an adjustable six-position synthetic collapsible stock. No hinged floorplate, checkering, or swivel studs are listed for this configuration.
