Gemtech Quickmounts Flash Hider 5.56x45mm NATO 1/2x28 Black Steel - AR Platform

The Gemtech Quickmounts Flash Hider is a precision muzzle device purpose-built for 5.56x45mm NATO AR-platform rifles. Machined from steel with a rugged black finish, it threads directly onto any barrel wearing a standard 1/2"-28 muzzle thread, making it a direct drop-in upgrade for most factory AR-15 uppers.

Built with integrated carbon cutting grooves, the Quickmounts helps manage fouling during extended strings of fire while the aggressive port geometry noticeably reduces visible muzzle flash. The 2.4" overall length keeps the front of the host rifle compact and unobtrusive, and the proven Gemtech design reflects decades of muzzle-device and sound-suppression engineering experience.

The hider is pre-drilled for pinning when timed on a 14.5" barrel to bring the host rifle to the legal 16" overall length, and ships with a precision mounting shim kit so the operator can properly index the device on the barrel for correct alignment.
