The platform pairs that operating system with a 16" LTW (Lightweight) contour barrel machined from 4140 steel and finished in nitride, cut with a fast 1:7 RH rifling twist that stabilizes the full spread of 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington bullet weights, including the heavier open-pattern match and hunting projectiles. A 15" M-LOK handguard (Barrier Stop pattern) provides plenty of real estate for lights, lasers, and bipods while keeping the chassis slim in the hand.
