FN 509 MRD 9mm Luger 4.5" 10+1 Semi-Auto Pistol

The FN 509 MRD is a striker-fired 9mm Luger semi-automatic pistol built around a full-size polymer frame and a 4.5" cold hammer-forged barrel. The MRD designation brings a factory optics-ready slide to the duty-proven FN 509 platform, giving shooters a direct-mount solution for popular miniature red dots without the need for adapter plates.

The slide wears a matte Black PVD finish and is machined with the FN Low Profile Optics Mounting System, a precision interface that accepts ten popular miniature red dot optics directly out of the box. Aggressive slide serrations ensure positive manipulation under stress, while the included suppressor-height adjustable sights provide a co-witnessed sight picture through the optic window.

The trigger is a double-action-only striker design with no manual safety, keeping the manual of arms simple and consistent. The black polymer frame is finished in black and sized for a full grip. The pistol measures 7.9" overall and weighs approximately 27 oz unloaded.

This configuration ships with 10-round magazines and is manufactured by FN America. A proven platform for duty, home defense, and range use.
