The Federal Premium High Over All (HOA) is a premium target shotshell engineered for trap, skeet, and sporting clays shooters. This 28 Gauge load is built to deliver tight, consistent patterns shot after shot on the clay-target course.

Each 2.75" shell is loaded with a 3/4 oz payload of hard, high-antimony #9 lead shot at a muzzle velocity of 1250 fps. Federal's one-piece Podium wad works with the hard lead shot to produce uniform, dense patterns. A solid brass head and tapered, one-piece hull round out the construction for reliable feeding, extraction, and easy reloading.
