The Faxon Firearms RemAge is a precision bolt-action replacement barrel built on the Modified Light Palma profile and engineered specifically for the 8.6 Blackout cartridge - not a repurposed blank. It starts from 416R stainless steel, is fully stress-relieved, button rifled with a fast 1:3" twist to stabilize long, heavy projectiles, and finished inside and out with QPQ Black Nitride for excellent wear and corrosion resistance.

At 16" long, the barrel features an M18x1.5 threaded muzzle with a tapered shoulder, an 11-degree target crown, and the Faxon RemAge headspacing system that drops onto a Remington 700-pattern action. Each barrel is air-gauge tested and Magnetic Particle Inspected to verify accuracy and integrity.
