The Faxon Firearms Match Series Gunner barrel is a 16" AR-15 barrel chambered in 338 ARC. Its Gunner profile and pistol-length gas system define its configuration for a compatible AR-15 build.

Faxon machines this barrel from 416-R stainless steel and applies a black QPQ nitride finish. The bore is button rifled with a 1:8 twist rate, and the finished barrel weighs 1.40 lbs.

The barrel uses a .750" gas-block diameter with a 1.9" gas-block journal. Additional build details include an M4-pattern barrel extension, 5/8x24 muzzle threads, and a recessed 11-degree target crown.
