The Faxon Firearms Gunner lightweight bolt carrier group is a premium upgrade for the AR-15 platform chambered in 5.56 NATO. Built to M16-pattern architecture with a full-auto rated carrier and third-hole support, this BCG drops into any standard AR-15 upper receiver and is ready for hard use in semi-auto, military-pattern, or select-fire configurations.

The carrier body and gas key wear a head-turning Chameleon PVD finish that shifts color under changing light, while the bolt itself receives a wear- and corrosion-resistant salt bath nitride treatment. The carrier is superfinished to reduce friction and debris adhesion, helping the action run cooler and more consistently during extended strings of fire. The assembly is fully heat-treated and shot peened per MIL-SPEC for fatigue resistance.

Designed as a true lightweight BCG, the Gunner trims reciprocating mass at the rear of the rifle for snappier cycling and faster follow-up shots. The bolt is cut from 9310 steel and MPI-tested to industry standards for material integrity.
