The Faxon Firearms Enhanced forged upper receiver is a premium stripped AR-15 upper machined from 7075-T6 forged aluminum and finished in Type III hard coat anodizing for corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Built around the standard AR-15 platform, the upper accepts all intermediate cartridges and is ready to be completed with the builder's choice of barrel, bolt carrier group, handguard, and muzzle device.

Engraved T-mark numbers on the Picatinny top rail provide a positive reference for mounting optics and accessories. The receiver ships with Faxon's installation kit, which includes the forward assist assembly, dust cover assembly, and the hardware needed to complete the upper.
