The Evolution Gun Works Picatinny Scope Base for the Winchester Model 70 WSM gives WSM-chambered Model 70 owners a precision MIL-STD-1913 mounting platform for any modern optic. Cut at 0 MOA for short- to mid-range shooting out to roughly 500 yards, this rail drops right onto the factory receiver using the included mounting hardware and is a clean upgrade from factory drilled-and-tapped holes to a full-length Picatinny interface.

EGW machines every base from 6061-T6 extruded aluminum and finishes this one in a low-glare matte black that pairs with factory barreled receivers and traditional walnut stocks. The rail measures 6.670" overall length with a 3.514" center spread between the receiver screws, giving enough rail to dial in eye relief with magnified scopes. EGW supplies the #6-48 x 1/4" mounting screws and recommends torquing them to 20 in/lbs for a secure, repeatable install.
