The Evolution Gun Works T/C Venture / Compass SA Picatinny Scope Rail is a one-piece scope base machined from domestic 6061-T6 extruded aluminum and finished in a non-reflective matte black. Engineered specifically for the Thompson Center Venture and Compass short action rifles, this lightweight tactical mount provides a rock-solid Picatinny platform for any optic setup.

The full-length rail accepts both Picatinny and Weaver scope rings, with cross-slots gauged to the MIL-STD-1913 spec for repeatable return to zero. At 0 MOA, this base keeps the optic bore-sighted to the rifle's native barrel without added elevation bias, making it ideal for hunting, plinking, and general mid-range shooting applications.

The EGW short action rail measures 7.458" overall with a 0.4" rise from the top of the receiver to the top of the Picatinny surface, giving ring makers plenty of clamping surface for a rigid mount. A milled center channel removes unnecessary weight while preserving strength where it's needed most. Installation is straightforward using the included #6-48 x 1/4" socket cap screws and T-10 Torx bit; torque to 20 in/lbs for a secure, stress-free fit on the T/C receiver.
