The Evolution Gun Works Savage Round Back Short Action Picatinny Rail is a one-piece scope base that adds a full MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny interface to Savage rifles wearing the Accu-Trigger and round rear receiver. It is purpose-built for the Model 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, and 110 short action configurations, giving shooters a rigid, repeatable mounting platform for any optic that uses standard Picatinny or Weaver style rings.

The integrated 20 MOA incline angles the rail downward, providing an extra 20 minutes of angle of upward elevation travel - a real advantage for long-range shooting where the scope's internal adjustment can run out of room. The base is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a durable matte black anodize, keeping the addition light while maintaining the strength needed to hold zero under recoil.

Installation is straightforward: EGW recommends 20 inch-lbs of torque on the mounting screws with a drop of blue Loctite for a secure, long-lasting fit. Mounting hardware is included, and the entire base is proudly made in the USA.
